- Geez, 3 month since that last moveset video, Now that the DLC character release will be every 2 months, I can finally get back to old schedule. (If university don't want to **** with me at least)

I'm just gonna say it. Vayne is a very pretty man.
He's alright. Vayne on the other hand has face that could be put on any female body and it wouldn't weird.

Tien Simon Don't get me wrong, Vayne is cool and all as he his. I'm just saying that instead of ruling the world or whatever his plan was (I didn't play 12) he should be a makeup model, because he is beautiful.
They captured his moveset from ff12 so beautifully. So happy Vayne made it in. Was on my wishlist even since duodecim was announced
Right? His whole theme is desperation and nobility which is represented through raw power and confidence.

Nah, Vayne just isn't that popular a villain, sadly. Gabranth is more likely to be remembered as a standout villain, especially thanks to the first Dissidias and the fact that he's the logo
That guy Doesn't even make sense. Most people didn't play FF12 or they don't like the characters and everyone feels like Vayne was non-existent compared to Cid and Gabaranth even though he was leading it all. So yeah, because there wasn't a large amount of hype outside Japan, most people don't know Vayne or don't like him.
I LOVE Vayne, one of the best FF villains.
Pro tip: you can watch series on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.

vayne is also the name of one of characters in league of legends, she has a passive skill wher her third attack to the same target deals "true damage"(ignores target armor)
I must say one thing: Vayne's release has set my hype for the next characters in a "mild-high" level.
Never expected the ONLY villain that appeared before in Opera Omnia that in a console Dissidia would be the first new villain of the game (yes, GL players, he will appear in Opera Omnia and will tag-team alongside Ultimecia).
And meet him again but with The Emperror.
One Eco Ever since OO my hopes and Vayne hype for NT was an all time high and that trailer was everything I needed. #StillHype :D

What's funny is that Mach Wave in XII was one of those special cutscene aoe attack yet it's only a brave attack here instead of a HP attack

He is. Its just that people want more Ashe and Balthier but from Villain Rep, Vayne is the only one people bring up(since Gabranth is 100% confirmed to return).

gonna be hard to incorporate gabranth since last dissidia he's all about charging the ex gauge while doing tons of dmg in his ex form which i enjoyed so don't kno how they'll balance him if he does return
They already have Ramza who charges his ex gauge so Gabranth isn't necessary
??? They say that the previous characters are coming back. Some of the past characters used unique features like summon and ex charging. I'm sure they would change his mechanic maybe make it a bit different to Ramza. Nevertheless, they are coming back. 🤔

Man i must say it: Vayne looks really like a character took from DragonBall here, especially Novus Vayne. When he uses Writ of Conquest seems like Frieza going 100% lol
Anyway i was waiting for him since 012 so i can say i'm quite satisfied. Till now the only DLC character i like (also happy to see Rinoa since she from my fav FF). Awesome character (and villain). One of my top favorite.

Why is no one talking about his FREE JUMP, it's insane!
He looks so powerful, he has great BRV attacks, great HP attacks, super strong EX Buff, I think he's probably the best Vanguard so far.
Well can't wait to get Vayne whenever he comes out. I'm just surprised he isn't out earlier though. Heck how will they do 50 characters from updates if their gonna do this though. I'm just curious. Besides that if Vayne is here. I wonder if Ganbrath will return as well.

shiigamegumi think he will do great with debuffs, since he has good buffs in his kit. But a little bit of more support cant hurt.

I honestly was one person who knew who Vayne was as I love reading the wiki and the final bosses of the final fantasy series. Vayne Novus alwasy showed up. Sure I didn't know him as much as Ganbrath. But hey seeing him in this game is creative and has his moves from the boss fight in 12.
But now I must ask. Is the format for the battles you use just for arcade only. Is there a way to have that format on a regular PS4 console.
What do you mean "format"?
I think what I mean is that when you play PS4 on the console. I think this maybe the arcade gameplay as the break bonus is on the upper right., and your character is on the bottom left is different. Is this gameplay from the arcade version or is there a way to make your screen like that. I know it sounds confusing.
GalaxiaKnightX The HUD on the ps4 version can be adjusted to look like the arcade version or the console version.
Please tell me how you can do that then. It looks so cool.

Holy shit guys, the developers said before that they plan to bring back all of the previous Dissidia cast back eventually since they are going for 50 characters. So calm the fuck down with your precious Tifa, Prishe, and Ganbranth(However you spell that shit), they still have a high possibility of coming back, they just want to get some new characters in first.
Now we need FFXlll-2 Cause and FFT Delita and I'll be satisfied more villians

Vayne was a great character choice but I wish they would have add attacks or buff that had to do with nethicite since that was what ffxii was all about I guess vayne Novus would count since hes manufactured nethicite empowered in that form but still
Damn, this soundtrack is so good. Even though FF XII is my favorite, i barely see this guy since i take around 50 - 80 hours everytime i play the game and complete every side quest possible, when i get to him he just get slaughtered in 3 seconds. Good to see him here though.

With all the sweeping kicks, long hooks, sliding tackles and elbow strikes, I swear Vayne's moves are based on some real life martial art. I just can't put my finger on it. Does anyone else have any ideas?

EX Charge and his badass EX Burst. That was all, though his playstyle probably wouldn't work with this system.

No that would be Cid Raines, a character literally no one outside Japan remembers, let alone likes or even wants. Caius Ballad is the only real choice for 13 Villain Rep. Vayne on the other hand is easilly the second most wanted villain of 12(first is Gabranth who is confirmed to return along with all old characters)

Winged Paragon Does no one realize that all they'd have to do is change some of her moves? All 012 characters have already been confirmed to return.
Where did they confirm that? They confirmed 6 or 8 characters, some of them new. And with more then half that number not included: Gabranth, Tifa, Yuna, Gilgamesh, Prishe... With Vayne and Jecht in, I doubt thay would have 4 brawlers, if you include Prishe and Tifa. Some are going to get left out.
They specified a tons of times from a lot of interview from people worried that most of duodecim characters were not back yet,and they address it by saying they wish and plan every character from duodecim to return not right away but bit by bit they confirmed they would all come back,the only exception was Gabranth which they stated was not in work cause they had plan another XII character to make it in this time (which i believe made so obvious Vayne was gonna be the first dlc characters,or they would had not bother addressing such thing before the game was even released,at least for me that is i already saw this annoucement from months after they said he was gonna be a male/bad side/vanguard) but they said Gabranth will also eventually return but is gonna take a long time,so this year only one character of old between Yuna and Prishe will return,maybe next year the second season pass might end up with more old then new character instead,will have to see.

They could have arranged Roses of May to be a bit more intense but without the pointless "NANANANANA", and this... well this, the original might be sufficient.
They will probably put in the original song anyway, just as they did Roses of May, or Something to Protect...
But sometimes I just scratch my head at their design decisions.
Nah the song is not new is part of the game from the start, and yeah when you get an arrange you also get the original,they are both present in game,you never get just the arrange without the original counterpart.

All previous Dissidia characters were semi-comfirmed months ago when the developers said that they wanted to add all of the previous characters to this new one at some point. However, based on what they said back then, she'll probably be in her gunner form from 10-2.
i think it makes more sense to make her the gunner, not just her summon moveset would be kinda weird, since summons are already in the game and work very differently than in ffx. the gunner is her more mature and developed self. so it makes a better character.
Would be nice to have rikku as another assassin or lulu as a marksmen. They do have fanbases to :)
