Who(m)ever at HGTV where the ones that decided to buy this iconic house and to do with it, was the right thing to do. Hope they received some serious applause. They were totally right with the idea to do so. and it is just perfect. Thank You to those people at HGTV. 😁

Another project should be the Cheers bar in Boston by removing the old Bull & Finch pub, digging out the basement by another three to four feet and building an exact replica of the Cheers bar that was seen on TV.

Funny my mom had grapes like those l. They were from my grandma’s and after she died, my mom had them. My mom passed a year ago. We still have the grapes. Wish I could have given to you all.

What I could not understand was "2" kids' bedrooms for 6 kids and dad was an architect.
These people all claim to be super fans, except any true super fan would know that Mike and Carol Brady COMPLETELY renovated and re-styled the house in the mid 1980s. If you truly know and love the Bradys, you would at least build the 1980s version.
If the floorplan doesn't match that of the series (physics obvious says you can't) it ceases to be an EXACT replica and is merely just a replica.
Really? Because I didn't realize they rennovated, remodeled, added rooms, and increased sqft and made it an "Exact" replica. I get it's in the title... but come'on...

Right!? According to the book 'How they became the Brady Bunch', the original owners granddaughter inherited and sold it. Guess she wasn't a fan or couldn't care less since it was technically the exterior that was iconic.
My rat bastard of a mom inherited her mom's home and basically gave it away for 38k. 🤬🤬
