Nick D. and John Wooton are talking rudiments! What tip or trick did you pick up from these fantastic percussionists?

Great advice and inspiration for all drummers/percussionists young & old. John knows his stuff, humble and down to earth! You’re amazing as well Nick, thanks for helping put all this wonderful content out. God bless. 🙏🏻🤙🏻💙😇✨🎶🥁✝️

John is the kind of person that looks very high and dead serious at the same time.

Rudiments and technique very important but musicality as wel. I often hear drummers that are very technical but dont play musical. It then has a very clinical feel..

The opening was Crazy Army, which I also played on the kit later in the video. Or are you talking about the second piece with all the visuals?

Rudiments take the fun OUT of fundamentals. I love playing drums. HATE practicing rudiments :(
