Add Ginger to the grow at home list bruddah, I think I got it figured out and now it seems easy. Just put some pieces of store bought ginger in the ground in the spring time and get fat harvest in winter time. Certain plants still care about times of year. I just use some weed mat so I don't gotta take care of it for all those months.
