Loved this!! For the confidence question, personally, as a Christian, I am learning to see myself as Christ sees me in a physical way and just me as a whole. He thinks of me as beautiful and the more I read in scripture about it and think of that when I am talking negatively about myself, it helps so much and is so comforting!
