Here’s a quick tip that can be easily understood and very effective: there is a maximum number of common infected that can exist, meaning that if you don’t kill or only kill a very few like what Khomchik did, only shoving the infected’s, there won’t be that much infected’s spawning in the further part of the “chapter” and makes things much easier for you. But of course, most of the time you must kill most of the common infected’s.

I know you would like a challenge, no weapon, no damage, and no pickups like adrenaline, molotovs, etc. I know for certain situations it is near impossible but just an idea. I have tried to do what you do and the challenge I suggested. It is the bane of my existence lol. I hope you read this and consider trying it. Or you probably have thought about doing it, but it's something EDIT: Finale is an exception to the rule of no pickups. Because I would want you to actually win. OR you can just cheese it.
