- From Christian Eriksen’s heart attack to their semi-final defeat against England and some great performances in-between, Denmark had a roller-coaster of a Euro. It started badly but ended pretty well. Denmark’s journey through the Euro was quite simply amazing. Denmark didn’t win the Euro but they won our hearts. In this new video we take a look back at the incredible journey of the Danish team!

6:15. Oh, I watched that game. I’m not danish, but I still cheered for them. I thought Denmark could maybe win, but I never thought THIS would happen. I remember how I, not even a Dane, just shouted out of joy when they scored their 4th goal in extra time. I know it was almost disallowed, but in the end the referee allowed it, and oh boy was that a certified football moment. Definitely one of the best games of the entire EURO 2020
I strongly admire their performance😇... Without a key player and losing him in an very unfortunately way🤧... They never gave up! This might have also been a mental Abstocle for them... I still wonder if Eriksen was there could they have won it 🤔?
