Hey man love your stuff you did great. A little tip when making your sauce, put your butter and oil in the pan melt it down then add onion and sweat them out this will help release the flavor when you add your tomatoes. You got this though and fantastic looking food

You need to try Detroit style pizza! Kind of the best of both worlds? It’s thick but handheld and the caramelized cheese crust is amazing!

Both great pizzas! I live South of Chicago. Yes 😂 You have to eat deep dish with knife & fork. I think the hallmark of a good pizza starts with the dough.
CHI-CITY HERE IN THE HOUSE!!! EITAN YOU DID A GREAT JOB ON CHICAGO DEEP DISH! BUT, ONLY ONE THING YOU MISSED. YOU FORGOT TO PUT A LAYER OF MOZZARELLA ON TOP OF YOUR FILLINGS --- THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT "STUFFED." THEN, SAUCE ON TOP OF TOP LAYER OF MOZZARELLA.

You need to compare Chicago thin crust to New York. Most people in the Chicago area eat thin.
