Aatrox is actually a good pick and tough matchup for jax (we couldn´t say a counter because aatrox is not meant for dueling) but a really tough matchup.
And he if he manages to get a little advantage, it will be hard to turn things around, specially because of how oppressive is aatrox during lane phase and that he can 1v2 easily whenever he gets a little bit of advantage

Aatrox eats Jax unless Jax gets a lead early. It's just basic champion matchup.
@@Geheimnis-c2e hell no, jax wins lvl 1 with lethal tempo, can go in minions with ign, wins the 6 if he q's aatrox first q and can weave back and forth, even if he does get hit if not every sweetspot lands he's usually good, he might lose 11-14 getting hit on sweetspots, if they are still even by this time that is, if jax even got a couple kills he walks aatrox down to his turret dives him and leaves with %50 hp. the rest of the game is jax's, hyper out scales aatrox very very hard. the only way aatrox wins is q poke or getting sweetspot all in with ironspike and 6 spike, and jax can all in pretty much any time you burn your q cd and you're not sitting 10 meters away from your turret
