My homeopath diagnosed me as this constitutional remedy (and rightly so) several years ago. He gave me 200 C because he felt since I had a lot of physical symptoms that we didn’t necessarily need to go any deeper. However I still have all these physical ailments after all this time. In the meantime my homeopath retired and is traveling the world so now I don’t have him anymore. I’m wondering if I should try a 1M. On the other hand even though I still have so many physical ailments, and I do have very very short angry outbursts… For the most part I live my life in a very peaceful state… and I don’t have any depression. So clearly I have made progress. I do prefer to be alone most of the time though. I really need to find a new homeopath. Thank you so much for your video. It was very well done. 🙏🏻☺️

Experimenting with potency is not advisable. As you mention you are observing progress in your conditions, it is a great sign. Usually we increase frequency of the same potency before a dose of higher potency is administered. However, caution must be taken as this may also lead to aggravation. A good homeopath closely observes
patient's condition when changing dosage or potency.
