Her magic is very basic but her acting and showmanship is what sold her act. Acting like she is a nervous newbie to magic and shocked her trick worked in the audition you don't do that performing for 9 years! That was all fake acting to get people to believe her basic magic. AGT purposely camera cut to the audience to block how she got the card in the cake this happens all the time with magic on TV as the producers protect the performer.
