Why is the power consumption of the graphics card so low? 2060 super should take 175 watts at least at full load

Gpu and CPU are running on default settings
if you worried about cpu 3600 temp better search for R 5 3600 undervolt.. it will solve your issue
man , the last of us is so broken , camera movements really annoying.
You can turn off camera shake in settings
