How disrespectful for people who aren’t part of the band or drill team to walk on the field while the halfway show is going on. That’s a big no no. There are rule. I was a high school cheerleader. When the band and drill were on the field we stepped away to let them shine. While we were on the sidelines the band and drill stayed away. But never even and adult on our way.

Those are most likely competition judges. Percussion judges are frequently on the field.
Those are likely judges, I almost collided with one when I was in marching band.

Have you heard the Beetlejuice theme? It is supposed to have marcatos, but then again it isn't supposed to sound exactly like the movie score.
And calling it decent? What have you done that isn't just decent that you can judge this band?
