Man I was going a little hectic in my rally civic on a dirt road at 80km/h. Thanks to my cage and harness I was alright but I flew into the bush of skinny trees. I was ok, car needed a new front end. I thought I was gonna get a branch they the head lol
wasn't 4x4 and wasn't me that was spooked, but went off road in the 76 civic at night around some dunes drove in.. the girlfriend at the time went to jump out, the door was right next to a broom bush so she couldn't get the door to open, then got to the end of the track, turned around and drove out with no issues the other guys was driving around with thought it was a good time to try and lose me in town (they had hoped id get stuck in there) once they noticed i didnt get stuck they ran for the cars and booked it, they were all in old hillmans so they had no chance of losing me
This channel should have more than a million subscribers. the amount of effort and work that you guys put in to the videos deserves a lot more recognition that it has. It is one of the few channels on youtube that makes me open a beer an enjoy the ride.
Sad thing is most people only want to look at people who build mall crawlers for ridiculous amounts of money. Viewers of this channel so what to catch the amazing shots of the Australian Outback IMHO.
They will mate they average 2000 subs a week 2 days ago they were on 832k now 835 so yeah there doing well for a weekly rate so yeah they will most likely be on 900k by the end of this year and by the end of next year most likely a million

Hey guys, love the vids! Showed a few to my father in law last weekend. He was recently diagnosed with dementia and is a multiple stroke victim, he loved it. He used to own an old Nissan safari and really got into his 4wd adventures around New Zealand. I live in NZ now but regularly travel to Botswana in Africa with my wife to do volunteer work. We own a 95 series Prado over there and I'm slowly working on upgrading it for the tough Africa conditions, so far I have added a second battery, snorkel, roof rack and led light bar. Would like to lift her a little but tough to get parts over there, also on the hunt for an decent bullbar but may just get one custom fabricated. Thanks again for the motivation to keep exploring. @@4x4CampingandAdventures mate if it was only cv trust me it would not be a problem it's rust like no other if you look under it and check the design of the suspension you can barely get 40mm lift front (even with controller) not great when you actually have a winch bullbar and heavy duty plate. On thing I gave it. The 2.4 is actually quite good engine!
@@pb8582 I've had both and my MN is the best twin cab I've had yet. Outperforms the HiLux, Ranger and DMAX in most instances I've found. And been more reliable too. They're all fairly similar to be fair, it's more based on the individual vehicles set up which makes it better or worse, but for me, the Triton has been the best 👌

Y62s are one of the worst 4WDs Nissan has ever produced. We lived in Birdsville when the 50th anniversary of Nissan crossing the Simpson happened. The Y62 that did the trip looked absolutely bashed compared to the old original 4W60 that did the trip with it.
@@4WD247 I would take it on the tracks. But the old girls unregistered! It's a farm runaround with a bent front chassis, so I don't think I'll be able to take it out! Hoping to get myself a 60 series to take out 4WDing as a first car

@@_tyy8121 the only reason it hasnt ran in 2 years is because the original fuel pump went out. has over 350,000 miles on the 22re and is on its 2nd transmission. also i took the dash out to replace it, then when i went to price new ones they wanted $70 for a vent and i need 4 of those then they wanted like $400 for the actual dash
Now my travel just got better. will watch this at the airport as i wait for my flight. Thanks 4WD action for keeping the action alive. i love the show.

I'd love to see you guys come to the US and drive some of our trails. Plenty of amazing mountain trails here in Colorado and Moab is not to far away!

@@_tyy8121 the only reason it hasnt ran in 2 years is because the original fuel pump went out. has over 350,000 miles on the 22re and is on its 2nd transmission. also i took the dash out to replace it, then when i went to price new ones they wanted $70 for a vent and i need 4 of those then they wanted like $400 for the actual dash
