These are lovely designs, I just don’t under why they all have beards? These are still female gender right? It is very rare for women to have such long beards.
I’d just like to hear why these designs look different compared to their originals.

They are horses lol it doesn’t matter also traditional depictions of unicorns often have beards if you want a proper reason and its not that rare for women to have beards i know a few personally who do no more rare than someone having red hair

Unicorns were often depicted having goatees like those! You can see that female goats also sport some sick goatees so it's probably inspired by them as well! I didn't know about it either before so it's okay to be confused about the beards gdshks

Unicorns are usually described as hybrid horses, with one horn, antelope legs and a goatee, and not just a horse with a horn, and for this reason they often draw beards. And they never differentiate by sex, so it is assumed that both sexes have beards

Unicorns traditionally were more than just horses with horns and also included some goat-like desire along with others. Beards was one of these features and is not a sex-dysmorphic trait in these species.
Perhaps try not to project gender norms onto pastel ponies in the future?
