I believe he’s been cycling TRT since he’s retired from bodybuilding; it’s possible Jay could’ve taken something in preparation for this guest posing event.
He is most definitely still on gear, but he is regulating the doses more to account for his age, he's found a compromise to keep an incredible physique even after his retirement and somewhat mitigate the health risks.

I think in a recent rxmuscle episode he said that he raised his test dose and added a bit of anavar.
What he thinks is a luxurious diet and workout regime is what most of us would think of as difficult to adhere to.
