Killua I've heard it's been similar too but there's videos of people drifting in mountain passes coming out still sometimes. Definitely not as common at the 80s,90s.

They're not lenient. They used to be but they've been cracking down on this stuff.
What about mountain passes are those still good to drift or race on?
