‘Fed up and angry’: Thousands ‘rallied across Australia’ to prevent violence against women

Sky News host Danica De Giorgio says thousands of Australians “rallied across Australia” to encourage everyone to “stamp out” the surge in violence against women.
“Over the weekend thousands rallied across Australia calling for an end to violence against women,” she said.
“Quite rightly we have a right to be fed up and angry.
“These are our mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties and friends.
“If we want to stamp out this scourge, we all have a role to play.”
