- Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Singapore on Tuesday (Nov 13) for his first state visit here, as both countries mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Mr Putin will also attend the 3rd ASEAN-Russia Summit and 13th East Asia Summit.
