    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups plain yogurt (chilled)
    • 1 cup cold water or milk
    • 1 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
    • Ice cubes (optional)
    • A pinch of salt (optional)
    • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
    Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your yogurt is chilled for a refreshing lassi.
    In a blender, add 2 cups of plain yogurt. If you like your lassi thick and creamy, use homemade creamy yogurt.Pour in 1 cup of cold water or milk, depending on how rich you want your lassi.
    Add 1 tablespoons of sugar. You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
    If you like a bit of saltiness, add a pinch of salt. This is optional but gives a nice balance to the sweetness.
    Blend the mixture on high speed until it’s smooth and frothy.
    Pour the lassi into glasses
    Add a fresh mint leaf on top for a touch of color and freshness
