    Ingredients:
    1 cup neutral-flavored oil (such as sunflower or grapeseed oil)
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    Instructions:
