That’s what I have always heard & might have been guilty of saying it once or twice in my life. When the goats came out they didn’t walk on the cleaner area they ran to the familiar ones but couldn’t help themselves but to be nosey !!! LOL sending blessings and love to everyone @OurWyomingLife(in Mike’s voice every time!! LOL)
Always something to do on a farm as i found out when i did farm help at times in my 20s in the dark ages.
That bucket worked pretty well. Sure beats doing it by hand.

That worked well, do they make a smaller version? With a full load it kind of tosses you around.

Putunia’s food should have some water preferably warm, on it. They eat moist food much better than dry. That’s why pig food is called slop. 😀

I had to stop and comment--when I saw that pen, it reminded me of cleaning my dairy goat pens in spring (with a pitchfork & wheelbarrow, btw!), we cleaned again in fall, then just let the straw, discarded hay, etc pile up over winter. that stuff is GOLD!! Erin will be happy spring 2025 :) now on to the rest :)

That didn't take long. Looks much better. The goats weren't quite sure what you did. It looked different to them. The chicken was definitely taking it easy. I wasn't sure myself if there wasn't something wrong with it. Always something to do on the Ranch or Farm. Thanks Mike. Trust everyone got to feeling better with family. Been nice here in Iowa 55 today.

It looked like lots of manure was left in there. Why didn't you move that big thing on one side ?

Why wasn't everything removed from the pen I thought under them also had to be removed as well instead of having to do it, manually.
Anyway, it was done very quickly maybe a smaller one would have been better because of the mobility in the pen maybe it would have been okay in the compost pile but I felt like it did a great job with the compost pile.

Ahhhh 1-2 cups a day with a children’s vitamin. Measured cups. Not solo cups or she will be overweight again. And of course unlimited hay . Ps love your page love all your animals absolutely love what you stand for !!
