It's so cool to see what casinos are left on the Boardwalk. It looks totally different than back in the day. I was cracking up with your pop-up messages about your lost keys when you were at Resorts. 😅 Way back in the day, senior citizens use to take the bus to A.C. and usually went to Resorts. They use to give them a voucher for something like $25 in chips and a voucher for money off their food buffet. Actually, it was a pretty good deal. Elvis's car was absolutely GORGEOUS. Great video!

Germ, I remember Tivoli Pier well.... We lived about an hour north of atlantic city so my parents brought us to Atlantic City a few times a year. I definitely remember the Ferris Wheel and the small roller coaster. The shuttle simulator I don't remember. My parents used to let us roam free in there while they were in the casino. Yep, I remember Tivoli Pier and TropWorld too. There was also a 2nd Ballys property The Bally's Grand hotel casino. Before Bally's it was the original location of the Golden Nugget before the GN left AC and came back in 2011. it turned into The Grand and Ramada owned it eventually it became the Hilton. Trump Plaza was demolished because after Trump sold it and after it eventually closed, it wasn't kept up and became an eyesore. More importantly, the building was slowly. decaying and bricks were falling off the building onto the Boardwalk.. They closed half of the Boardwalk and eventually decided to demolish the building.

Thanks for the memories. Those were the good old days when we use to go down to Atlantic City. I need to get a chip from HRC. I still have the one you got me from Las Vegas. Remember the Warner Brothers store? BALLY'S is where my purse was stolen. I still love Harrah's and their buffet. haven't been there in years but, I think sometime this year I am going to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. I can't believe the prices of parking that you said were $25.00, thats ridiculous. You forgot to mention Sands and Claridge Hotels. Sands had one of the best buffets back in the day. @ THE GERM.....Wild Wild West is actually Caesars Wild Wild West now that Ceasars sold Bally's. If you go there on Th-Sat it's a big party (especially in summertime) later at night, and that is why there is so much space on the floor. They also have beer pong competitions. They tore down Trump Plaza because it was falling apart, and pieces started falling down on the ground around it. The former owner was a slum lord and left it decay while still operating. Lots of o-fun things to do still in A.C. and soon to be $100,000,000 indoor waterpark at showboat.

Showboat was my fav place to stay in the 90's as it was connected inside with the Taj & Resorts so you didn't have to go outside to go next door. Even with my measly Points I always got good midweek rates for the Bourbon Tower in front with an ocean view. I was sorry to see it closed and with the contract that it could Never reopen as a casino. I guess Harrah's Corp wanted to ensure there wouldn't be any new competitors to their remaining properties.
