I have a 17 Springfield. I think my stock horn location is on the right side. Any suggestions on how to route the stock wire harness over to the left side of the bike on my model to mount my new moto horns like this?
According to the video I just watched your horn is in the same location as mine between the 2 front down tubes on the frame. Its the round thing up toward the top. You shouldn't need to extend. Just unplug and put the end I talked about in other comments on the moto horn end & plug them together.
@@kevink5kev959 nope. Found out my horns on the right side of the bike under the horn cover. I ended up splicing into the connector there and routed a new wire system over the top of the motor to the left side of the bike, fwd and down from there with zip ties to the frame and mounted my new dual motor horns on the left side like you did. Worked great. Thanks
Is the clearance/rake the same the same on the Roadmaster as is the Elite? I've seen the dual on a Roadmaster in the factory spot.. didn't notice any damage to the fender.. thanks in advance
I believe it is the same. When you saw them have they tried to ride it yet? It looks good till you press down on the forks. If you do a search there is another video on here where it was installed like that on a red cheiftain & then the very next video is an opps......
Thanks for the input and keeping me from damaging my fender. How did you wire the dual horns up to the factory plug? I got the wiring pack that you showed in the video and wanted to make sure I understood your connection. I purchased the Dual Horn wiring kit, and it seems to have extra parts... Thanks in advance for your assistance.
@@k2irvin only use the female side I think it is & wire 1 wire from each horn into the plug & then plug it into the pigtail for your original horn wire. Unfortunately this won't let me add a picture for you on the reply. I may just do a second idea for the plug if needed.
@kevink5kev959 ... thanks again for the assistance. Mounted the horns, attached both to the plug, and plugged it into the factory plug and... nothing. Wiring is not my best ability... obviously, I've missed something... any ideas? Once again....thanks in advance

I appreciate the fact that there wasn’t a 15 minute time wasting back story before you relayed the information. Thanks for the video👍🏻
I can't stand those. Glad it was helpful.
Thank you for the Delphi part. Clean install.
Take a paint brush and paint it, that way the socket/wrench doesn’t mess up the paint. Very clean install.
Its so out of the way I keep forgetting about it anyway. I dont see it until I think to look for it. Thanks for the praise.
That is completely fair. It definitely isn’t sticking out like a sore thumb
Thank you for the video .
Where can I find that bracket ?
That was an after market support bracket for a radiator I used but any peice of flat stock with 2 holes drilled into it will do the same job.
