Yeah, a lot of builds look nice when you've sunk 400-600d into it. The tormented spirits enchants alone are around 200d. Both weapons have quintuple BiS T1 mods with an open affix. Actually, pretty much most of the gear is unbelievably good. I'm not sure if 400-600d is even a sufficient estimation for the gear in this vid.

Btw enchant is barely 100div, since PR is atm 4div -> 26div per both wands + trash runes. Budget armour is easily craftable or purchasable solid fracture base for 10-20 divines. Helical Ring will be the biggest pain in the ass, yet you can surely work around with budget craft aswell. Forbidden jewels are like 150div combined. Hard to say if you need it to run the build tho. Imho its easily runnable under 200div, which is easy budget at this point if you play daily.
I have played this since league start, but with normal KB and fury valve. The problem with fury valve is single proj targeting but the spell slinger tornado makes the split autotarget. So you just click in any direction and it shits all over the screen. Play style is great. Playing deadeye with chain and maxing projectiles for insane overlap. Great headhunter build.
I played the ballista version of this thing last league and loved it. When the skill was first revealed I was shocked it didn't get more attention considering how much phys you can get from it. A dream skill to pair with HH.

I ran this last league and felt like everyone was sleeping on it! I was mostly just trying out the Maven wand and the Sacred Wisps but it felt great. Definitely want to try it again with some of your improvements :D
I like the way you're demonstrating the theory of your builds before making them because it encourages people to develop their own version and understand the game. At the end of the day imparting game knowledge to the community is more valuable than specific builds.
When I tried this skill at the start of the league, the turnoff for me was that I had to connect to get the explosions and that's why I abandoned it. I didn't even think that tornado would solve that . Great Idea, I'll probably try it out at some point this league. Cheers!

this whole time I thought they made normal blast better than trans blast due to the explosion being tougher to hit the center target. As you said, tornado changes everything seems my dream of kinetic blast isn’t over yet

Alternatively you could take build vids for what they are, smth to learn about builds. This skill and stuff you learned about it doesn't go away, even long after the hype dies down. PoE is one of the most "knowledge is power" games there are, comments like this always baffle me.

I love skills with cool visuals that are also nice to play and this sure ticks that box. For those of us (that's me) that don't have a lot of time, it would be nice if there's a version of this without the high cost. I have a feeling though that it is not possible with this one. Another skill that has great visuals is Storm Rain, no one really does that though. It is a weird skill, being part projectile and something else?

playing PS int stacker at a somewhat high investment (500+d at this point) and been struggling to push its dps to the level i want (instant kill t17 boss type dps, currently at ~15m but thats after a few seconds of ramping). Would this be a viable alternative to improve that? Dont care much about clearspeed, all wand skills clear the entire screen instantly, just want a super tanky int stacker trickster build with 50m+ dps and ok clear that isn't lightning strike. Not going mana stacker, its such a bait with indigon, you sit at 0 mana and die instantly to any degens. Had that with old kinetic bolt of fragmentation but that doesn't seem to work anymore
recombinate is best way to craft every item ingame as long as the base item is accessible. Watch any crafting guide for any random item using recombinators and use the same logic for the wand mods. Expect to invest ~20div to get 3 desirable mods, maybe 50div for 4 mods, and 5/6 become exponentially higher
if you get one wand with half the mods and another with the other half, then you can mush them together and blam! it failed again and now you are broke :(
In Affliction league I tried Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation which reduced my FPS to 1 frame per minute. Not sure if the PS5 can handle this one. that said, how does it interact with Nimis?
Poorly. You have one projectile fired in a random direction. This both breaks the Tornado/Fork setup and forces you to stand inside anything you want to consistently hit, which may be a stretch defensively.
just take the same thing and scale it down yourself. It's like 1 month into the league, no one makes budget builds, if you're still poor then thats your fault. Also Mana stackers are super easy to league start with 0 currency. Just go play and it'll kill shit, it's that easy. If you really want a guide then jungroan probably has a league start PS mana stacker build guide, saw him toying with the idea earlier and said its an option for gauntlet. It's the same shit as this but different skill setup
ive been playing archmage power siphon totems i just swapped to kinetic blast with no optimizations whatsoever and its absurd how much damage it does. i have no clue how to correctly pob it but it just deletes everything on the screen including bosses lol. using frenzy with coc tornado and focussed ballista feels so good to play also.

So this is the second "build" of yours Iv tried and sorry to say your builds are not feasible for most players. Your POB has literally Mirror items in it. Multiple ones. Ya they look cool and all but a build that is "Budget" has 2-4 million DPS and Low Survivability. They wont ever do a T17 map or even Juiced T16 maps. To make them even try to do that means you need to drop 100-400 Div on it. There are way cheapers builds out there.
Looks like a nice build, but i doubt it will feel nearly as good at low-mid budget. It's build for farming for people who doesn't need farming anymore.

Have you checked if it can "collide" with flame wall?
Flame wall does not create a collision, it only imbues the proj with flat added fire. Try it with regular KB to check.
