First wave is really important you need a sustainable R2 if you wanna live and mine was level 66 7 stars with decent mods. Why you want a sustainable R2 is so that he can take most of the dmg first wave and still be healthy. 2nd wave isn’t that hard and 3rd wave really comes down to Han taking all the dmg and getting lucky.

For JMLS you still need R2D2 R7, Ben R5 and Leia R3. You could go to a higher gear level (at least with these characters) to make unlocking CLS easier.

So to give specific tips (cuz I had to replay the last tier about 7,000 times), R2's burning and Han's taunt are key. Reapply burning as much as possible for aoe max health based damage. This allows you to eat through bigger hp pools passively while you work on taunts (i.e. in the last encounter). Han's taunt helps keep R2's cooldowns fast. Luke and Leia are okay for extra dammies and a stun, but burning is the real mvp. Make sure R2 and Han are off cooldown going into the last stage. Stall it out if needed. Always focus on one enemy at a time in the last phase so you can get them out before they can heal, with certain exceptions like landing stuns. With all this and some patience, you'll have CLS >g10 in no time.

This is a nice video I actually just unlocked SLKR today and had to spend 2800 crystals because I wanted him at least g12 for TW. So excited as hes my first GL and was a struggle to get the relics

First watching your CLS farm in 2020, I wished I also got that dude quickly and now I feel a bit proud when he is at Relic 5, that motivates me so much as my fav char of whole SW is Luke
The Luke event was one of the best. I also liked the Revans and the Malak event. Didn't like how Malak was rolled out, but the event itself is great, really needed a good strategy to win. Now the GLs feel too labored with the tickets and repeating the same event so many times to unlock and then get the ultimate. I did like the marque for Dash.
Here’s a tip: to make it easier on yourself, upgrade Ben kenobi, R2 and Leia over the requirements because those 3, cls and Han make your cls starter team because you won’t have chewie, 3po etc. and this will also help with the battles

I'm going to be doing this journey after I get aphra (nearly there, just got to finish gearing Hondo), so this was interesting to watch, I've got everyone except luke to 7 stars and then just need to get them all up a gear level or two.
Putting 3 of the 5 characters (han, leia and R2) in my sana team (got her to relic 5 so might as well make a team for her), so working on them isn't to bad anyway. Plus want to start working towards getting ROTJ luke (and then get jabba as my first GL), so this helps with that.
Currently on the prison escape, honestly that seems like the worst tier, I can get them both to round two but then han dies immediately and then luke dies soon after.
Can go a little lower gear if you can level them more and throw some omegas (no zetas needed). But those levels are pretty nuts

Main question. How did you get so much protection on your Han solo? I'm on final teir and my Han solo is down fast. He is gear 7 and 15lvl mods at lvl74... But my protection is no way near as close to the protection you are running.
As a free to play player with an account with about three years on it it really is a struggle, I think the hardest part is keeping all ur characters and teams constant and not getting distracted cus I can't really just build a fun team. For example I have a bounty hunter team but I can't really use bossk cus to get him 7 stars I would to get 330 shards from hard battle, assuming I get 4 a day that's approx 83 days of only farming the bossk hard battle.
You should be able to farm 4 characters at a time at least. Right now I farm bossk, mando, greef, jango, and wicket every day with a 25 crystal refresh on all of them.
Buy 3 refreshes of energy a day, and a refresh on each character.
Did this just the other week with roughly the same levels and gears and thought I was the luckiest man alive

Yeah, the moment when teams like Jkr, Traya, cls and Jtr were the best teams, now the only thing cg cares about are conquest units and galactic legends/legacy legendaries
Tier 3 took me forever to beat but I finally beat it today, I literally had to max out both characters abilities and upgrade past gear level 8 but I don’t care it was worth it
I'm struggling with tier 3 atm and I have no idea what to do 😭
@@will_7430 what I did was get both characters to at least 10k power, and I used Stormtrooper Han as Leader
@@shahs_revenge my stormtrooper Han is leader and at 11,000 power and Luke at 10700 power 😭
@@will_7430 ouch, In that case at the beginning of the battle, use hans taunt ability, cos then Luke will gain turn meter like crazy and just debuff the crap out of the stormtroopers

I had to throw a zeta on stormtrooper Han so I didn't have to wait for more gear lol.
You will need the zetas later on, just be patient.
I've just ended tier 5 for Commander Luke Skywalker with Leia 6 stars, 71 lvl, 8227 power, no abilities on 8 level and Luke 7 stars, 71 lvl, 10836 power, no abilities on 8 level and both characters a lot worser mods than yours so trust me you can end it with lower gear XDNDND I guess, maybe I will have to power them up for tier VII we will see hahahah :D

I had all characters at g9 and Leah at g12 and smoked it easily
I got him 2 months ago,level 72 3 mk Ix (han,Ben and R2d2),only get the last level aprimoring r2d2
R2 D2 abilities maxed,the other ones all level 6
No zetas,just level 80
I got a new phone and all my progress was deleted because my old phone was a iPhone 5 so I need to start fresh. No relic 5 pad me and no relic 8 Darth Vader. I almost had SEE. I was one relic level away from Palpatine to get him.

this was a nostalgia trip, to say the least. and a testament to how far in both directions (good and bad) the game has come. they should consider revamping this even now that they have characters like Chewbacca and C3PO in the game, though I can see how having to grind for 3 other legendaries before getting CLS would be more than painfully annoying. also now that they have skin replacement down, Farmboy Luke should get Stormtrooper Luke skinf for this event, or maybe his own character

Seems like once you get to level 85 all the fun is gone money has took all the fun out of level 85 they want you to lose so you build up your characters by buying more stuff
