I’m running kyrem in reg G and it can beat Groudon if u play right I personally like it with specs and Tera fire fusion flare to beat other ices and bugs
White Kyurem has an insanely good matchup into Groudon. Groudon has to tera in front of it. tera ice freeze dry OHKOs a Groudon with max hp if your held item is icicle plate or stronger
For these reg G videos maybe you could play people in your discord thats also playing reg G teams? So you can avoid casual ladder playing mythicals one game and pikachu the next lol
I Played this team with my Miraidon Team Thank god i had a fake tears Flutter Mane next to my Miraidon lol i OHKO'd Kyuren with Electro Drift Thank god they weren't smart enough to tailwind and setup veil they only Tera Ice The Kyurem & Helping Hand Blizzard i guess But Kyurem never got the chance to attack because it died turn 1 Then they quit the battle
I was a bit iffy on it, but I figured Cloak Ninetales doesn't need protect and Snowscape comes in clutch so much (especially with Koraidon/Groudon/Kyogre/Terapagos in the meta)
@@GeordiVGC I get you but Terapagos's ability activates only once and if you can pin down opponents then it might work out too, it's more of a strategic decision from your end and it's cool. Tried it myself and won all 3 games against an eeveelution team, a Groudon sun team and all future paradox Miraidon team
@@GeordiVGC The only benefit to freeze dry is that it gives a super effective on water. But water is resisted cuz kyruem is a dragon so its not even that necessary. The combination of freeze dry, blizzard and earth power has only 1 resistance, frosmoth. But replacing freeze dry with fusion flare gives no pokemon a resistance. You will always have at least a normally effective move.
@GeordiVGC I feel like ogre just doesn't do much against kyruem. Cuz ogre usually runs double water moves plus either ice beam or thunder or both if no protect. And you avoid the spout damage by just using EP to lower health

Sometimes you go to the park and you just wanna play.
Only change I would suggest is to change Snowscape on Ninetales to Protect. This will allow it to be alive for longer to set up another Aurora Veil

Surely freeze dry could have been replaced by fusion flare? like it is a base 100 move with 100 accuracy
Freeze dry handles water types. Earth power handles everything fusion flare handles and a chance to lower stats. It could go either way tho tbh
Freeze dry covers water, earth power covers steel/fire. Only other ice types resist this combo!
