On first listen Lord Huron has produced another classic. In many of their songs Lord Huron often explores how temporary and small we are yet still fighting for something, even a dream. I think of Fool for Love where the singer talks in Unbridled desire about how he is going to fight for his girl. however in this song there is a reluctance I hear In the singers voice. as if there is nothing to fight for anymore. Regardless I'm exited to hear this song again. It literally gave me the chills.

I low-key want Lord Huron to become more known since they deserve it so much, but at the same time, I want to keep them where they are so they don't have to take a turn for the worst since that's what mainstream seems to do with bands/musical artists (i.e Twenty One Pilots, though they have a style different from Lord Huron). Anyways, I absolutely love Lord Huron. I've loved them since Strange Trails, though I wish I had found them a lot sooner. They've been a huge inspiration for some of my more naturalistic or stylized art. Keep up the good work guys!
TOP hasn't changed for the bad imo. Besides, Lord Huron is not unknown at all. I wouldn't worry too much about bad mainstream influence. Just think of alt-J, still doing whatever the fuck they want. Though I rather connect them with Arcade Fire whose new stuff I'm not really fond of. That's not due to mainstream though, but because they simply evolved as a whole. Which is totally okay, but I think far too often connected with "they gotten too famous".
