Florida v Royer is about case law, Case Law in the long run is far more important than the outcome of the case it’s based off of, guilty or not guilty, innocent or not Innocent, because it dictates how the government respects it’s citizens rights. ⚖️ In a true authoritarian State like North Korea you can get absolute Justice, because the leader can cut through all rights and do process of law and dispense any Justice he sees fit, but would you rather live in North Korea or the USA?
