Brownie recipe
1 box of fudge brownie mix prepared
3 Tbls peanut butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbls milk
1/2 cup softened butter
4 & 1/2 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can chocolate frosting
Assemble per video instructions.

I will make this fritata soon!... but let me say I am so guilty of eating frosting from the container. My mom used to add peanut butter to chocolate or vanilla frosting. My favorite is coconut pecan frosting used with German chocolate cake

I don’t care about the raw eggs in brownie batter either! 😅 but now, when I bake brownies, I buy the smaller can of frosting. It’s just enough to cover a 9x13 and then it’s gone. 😊
Curious as to why you used vanilla pudding mix in the peanut butter layer, vs vanilla as you would in peanut buttercream? I am sure it is divine.

You know what works for keeping avacados? This really works...I saw it on Pinterest and gave it a try. Now I buy a bag of 4 or 5 and let them get perfectly ripe then store them in a open container of water in the frig. They keep ripe without going over ripe. They stay good for a week. Iove it when things really work
I used to like to make a graham crakers sandwich with chocolate frosting. Lets face it, anything is good with choc. frosting.

I make brownies topped with buckeye candy filling (peanut butter, butter & confectioners sugar) then chocolate ganache. Always an absolute favorite of everyone that tries them. Such a great combination of flavors.

Spoiler alert! I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so I don't eat meat at all. That being said, I think drained black beans as a base versus the ground beef would work quite well in this recipe.
