I truly don’t know where I would be without your videos. The bai video stops at removing the hat. Nothing about the needle plate. I have so many questions. I followed the handrail and my numbers and the grey bar don’t line up like yours so my hoop looks off centered. I just set my machine up today. Can’t thank you enough. Bai should hire you.

Hi, congratulations on getting your machine. The 12 needle Mirror BAi machine does not have a bobbin cover on it.

Hello. I just receive my Bai 1501. I was wondering is there a certain software you need to open Dst. FILES. I have a hp laptop. My laptop will not open the H test. So i can transfer to Usb. Thank you.
Hi, yes you will need an editing software to view a DST file. There is Embrillance, Hatch, and Sew What Pro. I use Sew What Pro.
You can also download it to a USB drive. Then use the USB drive to open on your machine.
