So the color section to the right is not even necessary? Is it only the left section that really matters? I get so confused by the left and right sides and what goes where.

Have you ever used the extra large hoop(21.5"x14")? I assume that you would need to move the arms out a little wider? Thanks for sharing.

I have been watching a bunch of your videos and love the help. I bought a used Bai 15 needle and need some help finding a needle plate for flat. Any suggestions?

The reason for the gap is the top hoop was opened too much. Try and get the spacing as close as possible to the hoop size as possible.

Love your videos! I just bought a used Bai 1501 and your videos were a Godsend. Hint, get some rubbery shelf liner from Dollar Tree and use strips of it between the fabric and top hoop. This prevents the fabric (or stabilizer) from slipping under the hoop.

Question. When pulling thread for color changes, did you release the tension?

I use a WS pen to make the horizontal and vertical lines on the back of the hooped stabilizer. Then mark your lines on the garment and line them all up. Pin edges. Also, don’t spray the garment, spray the stabilizer.

Latasha, I have the Bai Mirror 1501 as well. I have watched the Bai videos on oiling my machine but when they come to the bobbin area it's just a quick image with a statement about oiling the hook. I have never really known if I'm doing it right and now my machine is making a knocking noise that sounds like it's coming from the bobbin area. I found videos that say to oil the bobbin area but the machines are not Bai machines so I still don't know how. Can you help, please?

Thank you so much. It's been over 30 years since my last been on a sewing machine. Never thought I'd be doing this but I went live today and on video something happen didn't know what it was I showed some people and they told me it was a bobbin and here I am learning from you thank you again. Hopefully I'm able to continue my work and I get carried away knowing that I have huge spools of thread and then just a little tiny bobbin thread too bad they didn't have a bigger roll of that 😂

2 layers of water soluble stabilizer should wok.
