For the Vader ground unit is it play any unit with a cost of 3 or less for free or only a combined mana of 3 so like a 2 mana and a 1 mana combined to be 3?

So u can put a 3 or less or any combination to equal a TOTAL cost of 3 or less. So technically both lol
