MVM Dome, Budapest

The MVM Dome (formerly: Budapest Multifunctional Sports Hall) sports hall Budapest IX. It is located in the district behind the Népliget bus station, between Gyáli út and Üllői út. It can accommodate 20,022 people at sporting events, making it the largest handball arena in Europe. Construction of the so-called. made in design & build with rolling design. The facility was handed over on December 16, 2021 and the first major event held in the hall was the 2022 Men’s European Handball Championship.
