  • This combination class demonstrates how you can either sit or stand (or both!) and follow along with the class! This seated strength class is for those who want to improve their strength, but have difficulty standing for an extended period, or at all and the standing class is for people who can stand for at least 30 minutes (with breaks) and feel safe holding on with only one hand. Follow along as best fits you!
    If you have any pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath while doing these exercises, please stop and, if appropriate call 911.
