Making a Génoise sponge cake (Ankarsrum metal and plastic beater bowl)

I haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing @AnkI haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing @AnkarsrumAssistent standmixer from Sweden so I'm going to upload videos of my baking journey with the Ankarsrum. I've wanted to find an alternative to KitchenAid which is a great mixer but which I consider to be the apple of the baking world - and I'm an android user with slightly different requirements :D This is not a recipe video - I'm just trying to show how the mixer works.
