It's Mike Frost for me. He's in the league of LightHouse Family. I wonder why no one is talking about him. He's underrated. Ikande, Shy, etc, no doubt were excellent but Mike Frost delivered excellently, too, with his soothing tone. I am not surprised that many Nigerians get extremely emotional when someone performs a gospel tune. That's why praises for Ikande and Shy are all over the place. Mike Frost doesn't do too much. He's very direct with his singing; less of those vibratos and rifts and runs. Listen to what he did from 26:17 to 26:53. Look at Praiz from 26:32. Only he understands my point. People like Waje (26:04) have a strong bias for the gospel thing that's why they would lift their hands in praise when a contestant is performing a gospel song; that's why she (Waje) had to keep an I-am-not-moved facial expression regardless of the dexterity he displayed. Thank you Ice Prince for saying it the way you felt and just exactly how I feel, "Your voice, e get as e dey do me..." (27:53). Lest I forget, I enjoyed Marz's performance. Fireboy DML will be proud and jealous at the same time for the way he owned the song. By the way, Pere was excellent! Above all, this episode was awesome.
People aren't talking about Ikande's performance because it's a gospel song. HE DID WELL! It's just what it is. Pere's performance isn't the best he's done(for me) but it was good. Adeola was SUPERB! Niyola's team has my faves but I didn't feel them that much this week. It's life. If a person did well, then he did well. So, Ikande deserves all the accolades he's getting. Guy DELIVERED.

I like that Pere added some ethnical flavour to his performance cause people have been complaining that he is a one trick pony... but for me if a style works for you why change it. My favorite singer on the show. If this show is staying true to its name then Pere is THE VOICE...he has a very theatrical/ dramatic style....one thing I love about pere's voice is the fact that its very soft and light but his voice still has a very solid base and depth to sustain those notes... lets not get started on his high notes.... abeg get out of here!!😂. I love this year’s the voice. You can’t even predict a winner and the show is almost ending. I love shy, Pere, frost,Ikande, Adeola, Marz, Ben, Gideon’s performances. I can’t even choose my best. Adeola was super amazing. This time last year , most of us camped our tents with either Naomi or Esther.

It's Mike Frost for me. He's in the league of LightHouse Family. I wonder why no one is talking about him. He's underrated. Ikande, Shy, etc, no doubt were excellent but Mike Frost delivered excellently, too, with his soothing tone. I am not surprised that many Nigerians get extremely emotional when someone performs a gospel tune. That's why praises for Ikande and Shy are all over the place. Mike Frost doesn't do too much. He's very direct with his singing; less of those vibratos and rifts and runs. Listen to what he did from 26:17 to 26:53. Look at Praiz from 26:32. Only he understands my point. People like Waje (26:04) have a strong bias for the gospel thing that's why they would lift their hands in praise when a contestant is performing a gospel song; that's why she (Waje) had to keep an I-am-not-moved facial expression regardless of the dexterity he displayed. Thank you Ice Prince for saying it the way you felt and just exactly how I feel, "Your voice, e get as e dey do me..." (27:53).
Lest I forget, I enjoyed Marz's performance. Fireboy DML will be proud and jealous at the same time for the way he owned the song. By the way, Pere was excellent!

I like that Pere added some ethnical flavour to his performance cause people have been complaining that he is a one trick pony... but for me if a style works for you why change it. My favorite singer on the show. If this show is staying true to its name then Pere is THE VOICE...he has a very theatrical/ dramatic style....one thing I love about pere's voice is the fact that its very soft and light but his voice still has a very solid base and depth to sustain those notes... lets not get started on his high notes.... abeg get out of here!!😂. Not my favorite performance of his but I enjoyed and loved it all the same
