Contrary to what happens on the charts, musicians grow and gain skill with reps, experience and time. At least they should. Some just stop after they experience the top for a bit. There are some that don’t grow. But these guys will continue to get better for as long as they continue to write.

Love the funkiness of the bass on this track. (What else would I expect from Flea?) Amazing how prolific the Chili Peppers are now with a second album out this year and decades of creating music. Remarkable to maintain that level of creativity.

Unlimited Love wasn’t bad by any stretch, but this album just blows it away. Easily one of their best, top 3 IMO. And this song just might be my favorite of the whole album. Crazily, stupidly good. That chorus is plain ear candy, and Flea and John just smoke all through this one. Way to go, guys!

People that hate him are ridiculous. No one writes and delivers like him. One of a kind. He’s not a perfect singer but pours his whole soul into what he does, which makes it amazing no matter what. He has always freestyled and let it flow naturally. You either get it or you don’t

I love this song so much, and their whole catalog honestly. Just went through a really hard time in my life ending a relationship. RHCP provided a good way to help me feel, from the slow sad emotional side of their music, to the funky uplifting, sometimes corky edge of their discography. Now as things kinda come full circle I again get to thank RHCP for being there and seeing me through the storm. I love you guys! And anyone reading this! If no one’s told you today I love you! Keep it up, don’t give up! Plenty of Peace and love for us all out there!
