What if an I invited an account to join my AWS OU and they already have accounts setup and assets deployed? Would those accounts still be able to log in and would those assets then be billed to the top level?

Why didn't you create IAM user from the mgmt account directly?
What if an I invited an account to join my AWS OU and they already have accounts setup and assets deployed? Would those accounts still be able to log in and would those assets then be billed to the top level?
what if i created 100 child accounts, do i have to forget pass for all 100 accounts?
please let me know any alternate way
