  • This is the second episode of our three month trip by motorhome from the UK to Norway. We shelter from the storms at Nordkapp, before travelling slowly down through the ever-changing landscapes of Finmark towards the tourists' favourite of Lofoten. Along the way we visit Hammerfest, Alta, Jockelfjord, and capture the midnight sun against the backdrop of the magnificent Lyngen Alps.

Looks like a beautiful trip ❤ what about the toilets conditions (on hiking areas or on the way)

Thank you so much, Norway has impressed us. We found the public toilets in hiking areas to be usually quite clean. There are many picnic areas with toilets along the touristic routes.

@@travellerinterrupted2519 oh that’s so great to hear, because I have IBS diarrhoea and is really worried about taking road trips 😫.

@@Isabellavivana I totally understand. We travel with our motorhome, so we always have our own toilet. But if travelling by car there are plenty of good public toilets in Norway.

@@travellerinterrupted2519 okay cool ☺️what about the weather? Is it really cold? Is layering necessary or just a T-shirt and jeans will do?

@@Isabellavivana definitely bring layers, the weather here is unpredictable and it can be cold even in the summer.
