    He seems like a very nice guy, but his videos on making pizza are like watching the blind leading the blind. At least you can learn from his mistakes.

    I've just recently made pizza on my KJ Classic III, I notice you didn't really crank up the temperatures bij seeing the guage stick at arond 300 to 400 fahrenheit (200 to 250 celsius) is there any particular reason you didn't go to 500 to 600 F and get the pizza ready in 2 to 3 minutes?
    Also I layed the heat deflectors on lower level on the conquer and devide system and put the pizza plate just on the grill plates, that also worked for me.

      I followed the directions on the Philsbury package and I think I mentioned that in the video. Check the next video I made and I had the KJ at 550. Appreciate the comment.

    What is the product that you use between the stone and the dough ? The paper product
