What I've always really loved about Sungha Jung's playing is how he ALWAYS includes all the nuances, ghost notes, etc. The level of attention to detail and the ability to translate that is insane.

He is playing in a studio room but i hear its soundly arrangement performing in hall orchestra concert. He was wearing tuxedo on fine acoustic guitar with another trio band like grand concert piano, violin and double bass. John mayer was sitting there first class row with luxury wine watching the show.
Been playing acoustic guitar for 20 years now. This is hands down the BEST sound I've ever heard from an acoustic. The insane clarity of his playing alongside with that guitar 😮. Thank you for another great video!

every time Sungha changes his background, it feels like a new arc of his life. the past 4 videos have the same background. before that were the computer setup arc, the streaming chair arc, the couch arc, amidst the couch arc we saw a small cactus arc, before that was the white couch arc, the black couch arc, wooden couch arc lol

I've been playing for 3 years and only recently i've got in touch with John's music. What leaves me baffled is how many people think he's not good or thngs like that. I mean i KNow he's not a saint but my man can play and it's always good to see how other accomplished musician see that too.
