How to fix Ford S-Max central dash storage lid and bottom

This is how i fixed my ford s-max 2006, dash storage. I drilled a small hole and pulled the spring into it and now lid works, saved lots of money and time to find used or buy new, and the bottom was broke too, but i used some black sealant( same u can use when installing speaker discants), and a paper under:-) so now it working too.
