Listened to this song in the summer 2018 on the shores of Garda Lake in Italy, drinking lemonade with friends. Never heard them before, the song catched me totally. Shazaam, and BANG! I'm sold: so simple, and yet so musically deep. I love the song, as well as the band :-)

@robertwestchester This is anything but basement lo-fi, it's beautifully produced. And just because you have the mechanics to record something doesn't mean you have the creativity or talent to come up with the material. This song is well crafted and skillfully executed.

Promoters of the band willing to do anything to get more fans/followers, even trying to bribe a radio DJ. When the DJ declines they get angry and kidnap him and threaten to kill him so that he’ll play the band’s music on the radio. They suddenly realize it’s not the right thing to do and go back to their regular lives and make positive changes (dark haired guy goes back to family, girl does park cleanup, glasses guy learns to read)
