Permanent Red Rose is another blue red. I do love quinachridone red and magenta though! And yes, Alizarin Crimson is not nearly as nice as these others. Love your video and there’s so much good info here, thanks Paul and Eric!

In some cases but mix results will vary.
When he speaks of colour value does he mean opaque versus transparent? I.e cad orange vs orange oxide
No, he means light/dark
Value means dark to light. Some values are dark, others are light. Usually about 9 shades between black and white. Good question. I get it a lot.
OMG! Eric, please stop interrupting the guest so much! It's so frustrating, I almost turned this off by the time the video was only about 14 minutes in.

This is a great video but, sometimes, Eric forgets who the star is.
Respectfully disagree - I think when Eric pipes in it helps beginners like me because he often asks questions about concepts that I myself wonder about but can’t articulate- in the moment - which is a helpful shortcut (I don’t watch these live) to fill in gaps in the demo
