Can you say “65” Tammy? It was like I went to bed young and woke up old! I actually talked about it in one of my first videos. It’s a real thing. And then you remember who you really are and get your second wind. And we know not to let faceless commenters ruin our days but it happens. About 3 weeks ago one, and I mean only one, viewer told me how old I looked with my gray hair and wearing it up and it's been all I could think about until recently. I let one person control my feelings about myself! You do what you want to do with your hair color. You would be beautiful if you shaved your head! Precious children too…patti🌷🌿
I immediately thought of you Patti when watching this video - how lovely you are with your hair up and the beautiful blue of your eyes..at 81! Your kindness puts your beauty on a quantum level for that is something that is ageless. And people who leave unnecessary, unkind comments are to be pitied I think because their hearts must be so tiny…shriveled up with envy, bitterness and disappointment. 😢
Don’t either of you listen to anyone like that. Patti, I watch every video you make as well as Tammy’s and you both are VERY inspiring to me. I am 56 1/2 and I would LOVE for my hair to look like either of yours, but my family does not gray that way. We get mousy brown with what I call tinsel here and there. You gals just be you! ❤❤
You are BEAUTIFUL! I think the hair color looks gorgeous on you and you are lucky to wear it so beautifully! Not everyone who lets their hair go natural can pull it off and still look amazing.
I’m intrigued by your commentary on how you feel about your gray ,it does look aging on most people ,and even young adults with premature gray hair look about a decade older . Having said that , I feel unkept when I have gray roots showing similar to having chipped nail polish , I feel less groomed and not put together. You have beautiful hair either shade, but I must say the blond hair really does look good on you and does give that vibrancy to your overall look .
Beautiful Tammy . Lou hit the nail on the head. You do you girl. you want to color your hair? It’s your hair. you wanna get work done? It’s your face. It’s your body. I’ve been watching your videos for over a decade ❤. I love your content. you do you. Do what makes you happy Tammy. Love a fellow New Yorker living in beautiful Florida.
65 was the new 40 for me. Come 75 I got breast cancer, radiation damage to lungs which caused me to be on prednisone. As you know high doses of prednisone can drastically change your looks. It did mine. Back and other problems have made losing the weight impossible. I decided to let my hair go grey .....I loved it. It made me feel good in a way I haven't in a long time.
65 was tough for me. Signing up for social security and Medicare made me feel very old. That was 2 years ago. It passes I can assure you. Now I’m watching my friends go through it. I think it is a milestone no one really wants to meet, but it is a blessing for sure. You look great and I’m glad the tools are working, it’s a good testimony. I’m getting a red light device at some point. What am I waiting for? Go Tammy Go 🌹🌹🌹
Tammy your feelings are your feelings. They are real and valid! It shows me we see ourselves so differently than others see us. I'm saying this because less than 3 minutes in hearing you mentioned feeling old and haggard. My jaw dropped😲 I personally loved you going gray from the start. I just think you are stunning!! I'm jealous!! Again, you feel what you feel. Life is going to life! We get in a funk. Pain can cause us to be in a funk too. I know hello👋 I do hope you can find some relief soon Tammy🙏🏻❤ So happy to see you again!
I ❤❤❤ your hair!! I always thought I was too old to have long hair (68) but YOU have shown me that older women can have long hair and be beautiful. You have encouraged me to grow my hair out and I love it now!! You are amazing and stunning! I also have worked out but thought maybe I should give up on that but when I watch you I know now that don’t want to give up! Thank you!!! Also LOVE the color of your hair. It’s so beautiful!!!
Tammy, I have been following you for many years. I always "Like" your videos but don't often leave a comment. But I just have to tell you that you are beautiful inside and out. And I think your hair is stunning! I will be 70 in a few months which seems so strange to me. But I feel blessed that I am still here when others are not. You are an inspiration! Thank you!
Before I even heard you talk, I thought to myself how beautiful you look!! Honestly, I hope I look as radiant as you when I turn gray. You are beyond gorgeous, Ms. Tammy! I just adore you.
I let my hair go grey over Covid. I am fully grey and am 52 yo. I KNEW that if I went grey that I MUST stay slim and fit; I must take the time to fix my hair and make up just so I DONT look old. I want to look amazing for my age, but w grey hair it takes more effort. I get it! But we CAN do it!!!
You are beautiful period! Every single time I watch one of your videos, I say to myself, "She is beautiful!" I understand the funk. It happens to many of us. I am 55, and I am trying to stop myself from thinking that younger means prettier, better, more desired! It doesn't! I appreciate you so much. You truly keep me motivated with my self-care. ❤
Damn Tammy….you get yourself out of this funk. Do you know how many of us older women follow you? Do you think you are the only one who suffers from aches/pains and past injuries? I have been waiting a month to see you. I knew something was wrong. Glad you’re back. Don’t give up. Come back to us on UA-cam and ask us questions. Ask for support. ❤ we are here for you too. Remember that🫶🏻
Tammy I am one of those women who SWEARS I will ALWAYS colour my hair - and I don’t typically like grey hair on most women. YOU are an EXCEPTION. You’re ABSOLUTELY STUNNING in every way. Thank you for sharing your struggles. Take care of yourself- and so happy you’re back! ❤
I think we all feel the way you have at some point. When I turned 73, I had a funk. I was letting my hair go gray and had developed neuropathy in my feet. I've always been a take charge person, so I went for help. I also got sick over the holiday and just wanted it to be over. Life's not easy. Sometimes we are on top of the mountain and sometimes we are in the valleys. This too shall pass. I am so happy yours did. We should all look as good as you!
Tammy - Color your hair. You nailed it. Coloring was something natural for you. My mom was 92 when she passed and it was colored until she passed. You have a beautiful face but I agree with you, 65 is a tough transition. Best therapy is talking about it. 🥰
Good to see you again Tammy. You are one of my favorites on UA-cam. Wow, I could swear you were talking about me and my hair! I quit coloring my hair in December 2021. I am currently 61. I retired from the operating room last February 2024. That time in surgery, nobody saw my hair, so the perfect time to grow out my natural silver. I will be honest, it was actually a pretty white silver color. Everyone said they liked it and I shouldn't color my hair. Of course, they all colored their hair. Every time I saw a picture of me, or passed by a window or mirror, I didn't recognize myself. I felt like I looked older. I just didn't feel like me. I was kind of in a funk, and I think it was my hair. I decided a month ago to color my hair back to blonde, and I love it, and feel like me again. You have fabulous hair. Whatever you do, it will look great. Do what makes you feel good!
So good to see you, I have so missed seeing your videos! We all have our ups and downs, so happy that you are feeling so much better ❤ Never forget that you are beautiful inside And out, and you are an inspiration to others including myself for fashion, hair and makeup💕
So sorry you went through the "funk" recently. I know we all do at times. I'm 72 now but still feel 19 and thankful I'm not on any drugs or have any major aches or pains. But I, too, sometimes go through the funk when I am concentrating too much on myself and not expressing gratitude and caring for others. My most beautiful friends have flaws in their skin or hair, but I find them so much more beautiful and attractive than my friends who are technically beautiful but are constantly obsessing over their looks.and aging. There is just something extraordinary about those who possess that joie de vivre, constantly expressing gratitude and, uplifting others that is full of life and beauty. And I always think of you that way too, precious Tammy!
Less than two weeks ago my 64-year-old friend lost her 30ish son to Covid. Here I am still alive at 74. Tammy, no matter what you do with your hair, you are beautiful. Some women sometimes wear wigs in a color they love for a change. Because you have so much beautiful hair, that is not an option for you. Do what makes you happy. I think we go into a depression when we get hit with medical issues. Pain is hard to deal with daily, we have to be patient with ourselves.
Agree-you are beautiful with the silver hair but you were beautiful as a blonde also. I’m older than y,ou and still blonde with long hair- both make me feel more youthful which helps with the whole body, mind, spirit. My mother-in-law lived to 98 and was never gray, just kept getting lighter. Blonde highlights only when needed at the roots are easy to maintain. That way you have some darker underneath and blonde isn’t much different than silver but makes a big mental difference to many of us women.
I can totally relate. I’m going to turn 60 in July. I’m Having a hard time with it. But I’m in the best shape I have ever been. Working out more then I ever have. Lost 105 lbs. You have to do what makes you happy. If coloring your hair makes you happy go for it. Who cares what anyone else thinks. Live your best life NOW
Oh my goodness. You are simply stunning, especially your hair!! I appreciate your honesty. We all go through these periods of insecurity and sometimes seeing others on social media, we assume their lives are perfect. Your humility and candor makes you even more attractive. Thank you for your great content.
No one would be disappointed in you if you decide to color your hair. People that follow you and watch you and listen to you are always going to do so if they are truly a subscriber that loves what do on your channel. If the color of your hair is the only reason they’re here, something is very wrong. You do what makes you happy. I’ll still be here. 😊
Whenever I start to have a pity party about getting older I think about how fortunate I am to live an amazing life when so many die young. I also think about babies who pass away that never had a chance to enjoy life. Believe me it snaps me right out of my negative mood❤
My mom is 83. She has been blonde most of her entire life. She went gray for a couple years and then went back to blonde, as she felt more “like herself.” It’s your hair. Do what makes you feel best. It’s beautiful both ways IMO.
Exactly!! While working I will color I think. I get told I don’t look my age or act it and I want that to continue as I certainly don’t feel it. I’m 67.5.
You are beautiful! I am 67, and had let my hair go gray and for awhile I loved it, I had a meniscus tear and set me back 6 months and put on a lot of wait. I was in so much pain. I am trying to get back to myself. I did end up dying my hair brown because I needed something to lift my spirits. I am constantly beating myself up.
Thanks for sharing! I’m 68, a widow and fully understand the ‘funk’ phase. Shedding tears are necessary sometimes. We’re fabulous, Tammy. Let’s do this with compassion and grace for ourselves. If you think changing your hair color would give you more ‘pep-to-your-step’ - go for it. We’ll flaunt our stuff!
Dearest Tammy, I’m 63 and it’s not my greying hair that weighs me down, it’s the pain in my knee and hip that makes me feel old. I would adore having your hair. Mine is a medium bob and I’d love to grow it out. You inspire me with your silver tresses. But of course, you must be happy in your own skin. But don’t blame your hair when your body gets whacky.
I'm 72 and grew out my locks 12 years ago. Getting a great hair cut and keeping my grey silver with Kerastase Blond Absolu absolutely lets me ROCK my look. I get compliments a lot and many people tell me I inspired them in going grey.
My great grandmother dyed her hair until she passed away in her late eighties. You should do what makes you happy and who cares what others think. They do what they want to do… if it makes you happy do it! ❤ you look pretty either way.
Oh Tammy, I'm so glad to see your beautiful face. I have missed you. I do know how you feel about our age. I turned 66 in November, and I have realized I am on the downhill slide to 70. But then again, I try to be grateful I'm still moving and strength training. My husband and I have lost so many close to our age. It is so depressing. In speaking of your hair, it is beautiful, and no way does it age you! I truly see a brightness to your face with your silver hair. Mine is naturally gray as well. However, I do get the yellowing that I'm trying to correct. I hope we all can keep you smiling and out of your funk. You sure make me smile! Love to you! ❤ And that little baby is adorable!! 💙
When the body starts to have some issues, the mind is relentless. Social media is a blessing and a curse. So many keyboard warriors out there that are miserable in their own life. Everyone has their own journey. Your hair is stunning and I’ve been following you since the beginning. I’m letting my hair go natural because of you. I’m more pepper than salt. Wanted white highlights but ended up with blonde so now I’m back on my journey and fearful of going back to a hairdresser. Hair color doesn’t define “old”. Attitude and spirit define old. You do you. You give hope to those who want to age gracefully.
Glad you’re back pretty lady! Yep, 65 is a doozy! I radically changed my life 90 days after hitting that number bc it shocked the daylights out of me. Thanks for being our inspiration.
You're gorgeous. Your hair choices are 100% yours to make. It looks magnificent grey and it looks magnificent blonde. What only matters is what you like better. Modeling the art of making personal choices without worrying what the peanut gallery has to say about it is powerful. Blonde or grey doesn't matter. Doing you matters.
Tammy, I love your hair! I regret coloring my hair for years because of all of the chemicals. My stylist tells me that it would take around 9-12 months of looking like a skunk before I would achieve the grow out. I love white hair ! It is striking! It does not make you look old at all. It’s beautiful and so are you! ❤️
I am turning 65 in March and I went through the same funk with my gray hair because my natural hair color was black, so I dyed mine but I went a whole different route and colored it dark brown and my gray hair turned a beautiful red!! I love it!! Just keep doing what makes you feel good about yourself, you are beautiful either way. Glad you are back!
Color the hair! ❤🎉 It can be gray, blonde, or purple. The wonderful thing about hair is that it can be changed to reflect different stages of our lives ❤🎉😊
I get it-my world shifted when I turned 75 last Nov. You always look so polished and put together. Glad you’re out of the funk-time is so precious, pretty lady❤.
Oh so glad to see a video from you!! You were missed. I feel your funk!! I turned 65 in Nov and it is a startling number. The shock is subsiding now. I struggle with sleeping and that makes it worse. Anyway, yours is the only opinion that matters on your hair....but, it is so beautiful. I think it makes your face glow. It makes you look regal. Wishing you much good luck with your feet and knees!! You are loved.
I completely understand that “funk”. My 65th birthday was in September. Two weeks before I had an accident at home and broke my leg severely. I am just now up and on my feet. These last six months have really aged my skin. I’m starting to come out of my “funk” but looking in the mirror is really difficult. You have been an inspiration to me for years. I needed this video today. Thank you from the bottom of bottom of my heart for being real.
Oh my, I felt like you were speaking to me. When I turned 65, I'm 68 now, a funk set over me as well. I really noticed changes in my face, sagging, lines, etc. I'm still dying my hair, but my oh my, the gray is really coming in quickly. I know that people can tell us all day that we look beautiful but unless I'm feeling it myself, it really doesn't help. I personally think your hair is absolutely stunning, but if it's not making you happy, then do what will make you happy. I love your channel and your honest talks. Any thank you for your honesty. Sometimes we can feel alone and think we're the only ones in a funk. For sure we are not. ❤
Tammy, you are one of the most beautiful ladies in this world. You are so informative and truthful. I am 67 and know how you feel. You lift me up just by listening to you. Thanks you for that.
I use a semi permanent dye in the lightest blonde. After having silver white hair for years and years, the paleness of my skin and hair was too much! I had no color. My choice was makeup or hair color. The hair color has lifted my view of my skin. The color washes out gradually and I like all the different shades! I usually redo 8wks later. Your smile is your best beauty gift! Take care! Oh, I am older than you!
Welcome to being a senior citizen. I also feel much of what you do, hair color since becoming gray feels drab, minor aches and pains, arthritis and some neck issues . I find I don't feel any different in the few years since I became gray, it does age us. I am going to recolor hair this year. Thanks for the video.
I thought about growing mine out after watching how beautiful your hair is. Nope, at 70 I'm still coloring my hair and I love how my hairdresser takes care of me. You look gorgeous and I am grateful that you share your journey.
Tammy, you are such a blessing to all of us. I will speak for all of us who love you when I say we understand. I certainly have no words of wisdom but I will say that I have had my gray hair for years and sometimes I low light it. I do what ever I want to do. My word of encouragement is I am 77 almost 78 years old. I am a very young senior citizen. I hike in the mountains where I live. I live in the world of constant curiosity, reading, learning and thinking about different views of the world. I think this helps. I have a male friend who is 62, and he appreciates my youthful attitude. I work as hard as I can at taking care of my skin, I try so many things that you recommend. PS. I have the same Lilysilk shirt that you have on..I love it… But I understand the feeling of being unattractive. I really work at trying not to give in. I am so grateful for you ! You inspire me.
I totally know how you feel. I’m 70 and I have a torn meniscus with a cyst. It is slowly getting better. I have a bad right foot that I had surgery on 10 years ago that is still painful. I’ve had major shoulder surgery twice and it’s beginning to tear again and I will eventually need a replacement. The worst is I have a herniated disc between L 4 and 5. I’m seeing a surgeon for that now. Other than all that I’m healthy but these things do keep me from enjoying things I like to do. I’m learning I’m fortunate and just try to deal with it all. We all deserve a little spell on occasion. You are beautiful with your grey hair and so chic!!
Dear Tammy, I've been watching you for years. YOU ARE GORGEOUS. I'm 84 and a UA-cam creator also. I'm a newbie. Yes, there are days when we look in the mirror and say What happened? it's not only the face but the body. Please don't listen to anyone who gives you negative feedback. You're gorgeous and remember you're also helping people. Focus on what you're giving others.
Omg Tammy !! Your hair is beautiful!!! Stunning actually and your skin is healthy and youthful !! I am 67 and I have moments just like you !! I think winter is very hard on me. Vitamin D is so important . Lack of Sunshine has an effect on me. You are such a role model for me!! Thank you!!! My hair is much whiter than yours . Some days I feel old and in a slump too. Spring is coming!!! 👍👏👏👏
TAMMY DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Don't feel like you need to cater to anyone. Good on you for checking with your husband. You are really so lovely all around!!❤
Miss Tammy, you look amazing!! I love your hair, your skin is gorgeous! We are a few months apart, since turning 65 I have struggled as well. Hang in there doll!!!
I’m so glad you’re back! I’m suffering with Achilles tendinitis in my left able. Lots of PT and rest to no avail. MRI scheduled Jan 30. So frustrating because I’m a walker and I’ve been sidelined. Gained a few pounds because of inactivity. So, I completely empathize with you. Please don’t color your beautiful hair. It is exquisite. You’re gorgeous and a great role model for us. P. S. I turned 69 this week. I was upset for a hot minute but realized it’s an age denied to many.
Emily, I've also been suffering with Achille's tendinitis. I just found these two videos which are helping. I didn't realize calf raises should be performed differently depending the location of the pain; in the heel or higher up on the tendon. Doctors simply handed me a sheet of paper showing calf raises on a step, the absolute wrong way to address pain in the heel. I hope these help: ua-cam.com/video/IEfyCfCtIJA/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/FaCWTC408ys/v-deo.html
I’m in my 40s and a subscriber. It’s funny how even at my age I feel like I feel down about how I look. I have always thought you were beautiful but more than that your spirit is what’s so captivating. Maybe that’s what we need to focus on. How we make other people feel and how other people are attracted to our spirit and not the physical beauty because we are not vampires and will not stay young forever!
I'm 68 and at 65 I had a torn meniscus that was operated on. I was also bone on bone. A year and half later I had a TKR (6 months ago). Worse pain ever. Thet's when you get in a funk and start feeling old. So, I understand. You are so blessed to have as much hair as you do at your age. It's just my opinion your grey hair is lovely, but I also must say the blonde was also gorgeous! I always thought you had the most beautiful blond color; however, you do what makes you feel good about yourself. I have missed you and was so happy when I saw your video pop up.
Glad to see you again !! Im 67 and it does seem like its one thing after another with my health, nothing devastating(so far) but enough to bring me a bit down. I try not to let it show when I go out keeping my best face forward. Your hair is beautiful ,it should be the last thing you change ,to lift yourself up, cuz once you color it It'll be hard to go back again. ❤
When people make horrible comments it’s about them and not you. They’re jealous of your strength If you can feel the changes in your body you’re still alive and in tune with yourself. Yay !
Tammy, you are absolutely beautiful! And, I too went natural with my platinum hair. I will be 70 in April. I don’t feel my age at all. But, sometimes I look at my hair and just wonder should I go back to coloring it. Then, I snap back to realizing how many compliments I get on my hair. I’m glad you are back!! 💕
Tammy you look amazing..... we all get in this funk.... and thankfully it does pass.... I'm 72 now.... and 70 hit me hard.... but I"m over it. As long as we have our health and take care of us the best we can...... we are going to be just fine! xoxo
I understand what you went through. I went through the same and I am still trying to get back to myself but better. I went through the fight of my life and I am so thankful God carried me through it all. However, physically cancer took so much from me. I am so grateful for God's mercy and love. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor. In the span of 6 months, I almost died 3 times. I know what's important and I don't take anything for granted. I look totally different and I am still regaining my strength and putting my home back in order so self-care can become easier. I can tell you that no matter what is going on or how I feel, I make each day count. It's okay to be in a funk but don't stay in it. I remind myself to feed my faith and starve my fears. God has made us all beautiful and we continue to be beautiful in whatever stage of life we are in. You are beautiful, don't think about what you can't do, think about what you can do. I am so happy to see you and I am looking forward to seeing more videos from you. You are needed very, very much! I missed you too! I am praying for you! 💯💖🙏🏽🙌🏽✌🏽
Tammy, I'm so glad you are doing better. Everyone needs time to embrace things that come up in your life. Thank you for sharing, you know I've had a few challenges lately, after listening to your inspiring talk I realized how grateful I am and that I should take better care of myself, get back on my eating better, no more holiday treats. Keeping your weight down is key when aging, I have 5 lbs to lose before it turns into more. I work out, walk, and am very, very active every day. I am a young 68 yrs. I dealt with planter fasasctis 12 years ago, and 36 years ago I had a injured tenton in my knee from a ski accident,. Both are healed, the natural way. Best I say and you know just exercise best you can, chair exercises are fantastic! I know you will be fine. You are strong, beautiful, and very smart. Thank you for supporting all of us women with great information.
You are such an inspiration, Tammy, I am about to turn 65 and it has been wearing on me for months. I had been doing so great with diet and exercise and self care! It all has fallen to the side and i have been feeling defeated and O-L-D. This message couldnt be more well timed for me. Between my hubby booking us on a Viking river cruise later this year 🎉 and your honesty and camaraderie in this video.....i am ready to pull it together. Get back on the horse, as it were. Thank you!
Tammy I hear you. I turned 65 last year too and had to have a total knee replacement. I feel the pain surgery, and recovery has really aged me. Your hair is fabulous, your skin is beautiful. Give your self some grace. A little down time to recharge is ok. The Weather here in Florida hasn't helped. I am ready for some sun and springtime.
Yes me too!!! 65 in January and it hit me - I'm what 65? Anyway gave myself a good talking to - am feeling very grateful I'm still here and for everything I have🎉 Got myself a little pup - the g 12:11 orgeous Maggie May - she makes me so happy as does my cat Penny and my partner and my kids! Hey I'm a very lucky lady living in a peaceful beautiful country 💕 cheers and hugs from Oz 🦘
As soon as I started watching I was thinking to myself how fabulous & stunning you look Tammy. You do whatever makes you feel great Tammy. P.s. I missed you xxx
Tammy, as a Tammy myself I love your honesty and your class and grace!!! Your hair is so beautiful and personally I wouldn’t change a thing! I hope your foot and knee get better!!! ❤
I am so proud of you doing the work of self assessment! Now talking about it to all of us. A lot of people will not ever do a self assessment. You are going to be better than ever because of this! Much Love
Your hair is magnificent and so are you. 🥰
I can't understand why anybody would say anything negative about the way you look. I think that you are so beautiful; so vibrant looking!!!
They are just jealous!
@@stitches281 me too!! Beautiful!
Yes she's gorgeous ❤
💜
My jaw dropped ! Absolutely stunning woman ! ❤
I absolutely love, love your hair!!! You’re looking the very best I have ever seen you look!!!
I have watched you over ten years and you just keep getting more gorgeous.
Agree totally 💯
You wear your hair up must times . Down looks good but you do it so little
I’m intrigued by your commentary on how you feel about your gray ,it does look aging on most people ,and even young adults with premature gray hair look about a decade older .
You are beautiful and genuine! We appreciate your vulnerability. We all have moments like that.
I know hello👋
I do hope you can find some relief soon Tammy🙏🏻❤
So happy to see you again!
People are jealous. You are absolutely beautiful. Negative comments say more about the person leaving them than about you.
Thank you!
Beautiful and honest ❤ don’t change!
Blessings
Before I even heard you talk, I thought to myself how beautiful you look!! Honestly, I hope I look as radiant as you when I turn gray. You are beyond gorgeous, Ms. Tammy! I just adore you.
I let my hair go grey over Covid. I am fully grey and am 52 yo. I KNEW that if I went grey that I MUST stay slim and fit; I must take the time to fix my hair and make up just so I DONT look old. I want to look amazing for my age, but w grey hair it takes more effort. I get it! But we CAN do it!!!
Amen to all this
You are beautiful period!
You are beautiful! You are one of the few that can pull off long silver hair! Dont doubt yourself and your beauty!
Yes! Very few can pull it off. Your hair is beautiful and you know how to work it!
You do whatever you want! We’re here for all of it💗💗
I think we all feel the way you have at some point.
@@sandyh5609 I felt exactly the same. Seeing that reflection as you walk past was hard!
Go to 22:55 and look at your hair. It is beautiful! You worked so hard to get it to this stage, and it is amazing.
Your hair is absolutely gorgeous!! I hope you will ignore the negative comments. You are an inspiration to so many of us!! ❤️
So good to see you, I have so missed seeing your videos! We all have our ups and downs, so happy that you are feeling so much better ❤
Never forget that you are beautiful inside And out, and you are an inspiration to others including myself for fashion, hair and makeup💕
Pain is hard to deal with daily, we have to be patient with ourselves.
yes very true!🤗
Glad your back Tammy, queen of class❤
Glad you are feeling better, missed you!
It’s your hair, you do whatever you want! You are beautiful no matter what❤
Tammy you look amazing I loved your hair blonde but I like your hair grey, do what makes you happy x
Having a hard time with it. But I’m in the best shape I have ever been. Working out more then I ever have. Lost 105 lbs. You have to do what makes you happy. If coloring your hair makes you happy go for it. Who cares what anyone else thinks. Live your best life NOW
Gosh, I'm glad to hear I'm not alone ! I turned 65 this year and I feel like everything is falling apart!
No one would be upset if you color your hair. You tried something different and can change any time.
Yes to this comment. Do whatever makes YOU happy.
Whenever I start to have a pity party about getting older I think about how fortunate I am to live an amazing life when so many die young. I also think about babies who pass away that never had a chance to enjoy life. Believe me it snaps me right out of my negative mood❤
I have watched you for many years and I think you have aged so beautifully and I love your hair!!!!!
Welcome back - regardless of how you may have been feeling - you look beautiful in this video and have gorgeous hair!
Your hair makes you look so elegant and sophisticated ❤❤❤❤❤
You do you. What ever makes you happy, you do it for you!
Hurray your back!! Oh Tammy your absolutely stunning don't let anybody tell you any different. So glad your back xxxx
Welcome back Tammy ❤you look better than ever !!!
You look beautiful, especially the hair!
So happy you’re back! You’re STUNNING! I absolutely love the hair color. It’s like you have a halo surrounding you in light.
Color the hair! ❤🎉 It can be gray, blonde, or purple. The wonderful thing about hair is that it can be changed to reflect different stages of our lives ❤🎉😊
This!
I get it-my world shifted when I turned 75 last Nov. You always look so polished and put together. Glad you’re out of the funk-time is so precious, pretty lady❤.
My favorite thing about you is your honesty and integrity.
Tammy you are an inspiration to women of all ages. ❤️🌺
Welcome back! You were missed! You look amazing and are such an inspiration! Do what makes you feel alive💕
You are so glamorous and at 65 you are what everyone wishes they were.
I understand your feelings. I cannot get used to being grey. So I colored my hair and I feel great! Do whatever makes you feel happy.
I was upset for a hot minute but realized it’s an age denied to many.
when I was injured and couldn't walk I started rowing for my cardio.
I hope these help:

I’m in my 40s and a subscriber. It’s funny how even at my age I feel like I feel down about how I look. I have always thought you were beautiful but more than that your spirit is what’s so captivating. Maybe that’s what we need to focus on. How we make other people feel and how other people are attracted to our spirit and not the physical beauty because we are not vampires and will not stay young forever!
oh my just a few minutes in I was like your hair looks so pretty no you dont look old
I'm 68 and at 65 I had a torn meniscus that was operated on.
Some people rude and everything. I think you're beautiful and a wonderful person. 😊😊
As long as we have our health and take care of us the best we can...... we are going to be just fine! xoxo
I was just thinking I hadn’t seen a video of yours lately! So glad to see you! ❤
Thank you ,Tammy for being real. Your truth about yourself has helped me understand a little about myself.
Tammy I absolutely loved your blonde hair I thought you looked so gorgeous! But I understand how you feel do what makes you feel good ❤❤
Tammy, as a Tammy myself I love your honesty and your class and grace!!!
Much Love
I trust you more than any of the other content creators I watch. Thank you for always being so honest.
You are beautiful, Tammy! I am glad you are over the funk! 🤗
