Terrain Alterations near the Gas Works

For those interested in how some of the stuff is being done by me around the Gas Works area of my Palmerston North route for Train Simulator.
The first section shows my lowering the landscape by several feet, also what can be seen when running Google Map.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th sections show me adding some modifications around the adjacent farm.
The final section has me lowering the lagoon and fences to fit the new landscape height.
