My neighbor still has his '79 Super Glide he'd probably sell. He's in his 70s now and bought the bike new in '79.

I have to admit it’s been awhile since I have watched your videos as I took a break from UA-cam. I had the V-65 & Sabre posters on my wall, but the one that I had the most….were the Yamaha V-Max!
I have not owned a V-Max motorcycle yet, but one day I will, probably will be a 2nd Gen V-Max though.
I started watching you from the beginning, I really like you & what you do. The charity work that you do is amazing!

I like update vids every so often. I been to the dungeon lol, David showed it to me the first Saturday I helped. I work Saturdays now but I'm hoping In a few weeks I can help before the next campout. Maybe on a Sunday. Ohh I can confirm that Vets without a address can see a primary care doctor they just have to be able to get there. Why they didn't tell me this months ago....idk. I even got my 1st appointment with a foot specialist...a month from now...atleast I got finally. I hope your housing situation works out soon. Personally I don't mind the campout fee. It's not much . 10:33 yeah those carburetors on those magna bikes suck. I had a saber 750 I pulled those carburetors off probably three four times.

I did the same thing with the V45s. Had an 84 V45 Magna and for cheap I bought an 84 V45 Sabre thinking the parts would be interchangeable. They are not.

I want to come down to the camp out as soon as I can get a bike after school. Judging from what I have seen from the campout videos I completely understand having to charge for the camp out. 100 bucks seems reasonable for 4 days. Can’t wait to come down.

I also hade a poster of a Honda V65 Magna on the wall of my childhood wall, only over here they were called VF1100C. I also hade a wicked poster of a Kawasaki Gpz 900R Ninja with a lovely pinup girl that perhaps got more looks than the 900R Ninja 😁. I've never owned a VF1100C in real life, but i did own a VF 750 F and later a VFR 750 F and a few Gpz900, one which i turbo charged.. Either way i love that you are messing about with this old bike, because i like bike! 😁✌️
If I could get the time off, I'd totally pay $100 to hang out with you guys for a weekend. Please let us know ASAP when the fall campout is, so guys like me can get the time off from our uptight bosses!

Well, I nearly didn't click on this, because I thought it was clickbait, but it wasn't and now I understand. I think like many others no doubt that you were doing well with your business and getting money from YT and other sources, you were well sorted. I guess with things like YT, the persona people see isn't necessarily the whole thing. So, for me, I may sound chirpy on-camera and when I'm pretending to be Captain Clumsy, but there are many times when I'm so tired I can barely think.

$100.00 for a weekend of fun is an amazing deal. Some camp grounds cost more than that and you still have to pay for your own food. Don't worry about it just charge the $100.00 really you should charge more.

I was at the last one in October and was amazed that it was free. 100 bucks is a deal. It was a blast!
100 for the campout is great. Don't feel bad about charging people for entertainment. If someone can't come up with the money, they can't afford not to work that weekend anyway.
For me at least, 100$ is a bit less than a day of work. If I lived closer I'd be there and I'd happily find some time to put in some work

Out of pocket for the camp out is not something that Dave (or Shadetree) can do.
The Forgotten Angels Campout dates are March 14 - 17. And $25 a night to camp, and get food and drinks, unbelievable. Twice that would still be a deal.
I feel your pain with the o-rings on the Magna. My Valkyrie has the same problem and theres 6 carbs. As far as charging for the campout goes, $100 for 4 days of free food, drinks, camping and entertainment is pretty much the deal of a lifetime.
16:49 yeah, budget accommodation isn't Biker Friendly, someone should build a row of Garages with an apparment above, and just keep it simple and cheap and you'll get them sold.👍

This video makes me so happy!! I have a '84 V65 Sabre with the Hondaline fairing, too, & have never seen another moto with a built-in altimeter to measure altitude. Tons of power for a 130 rear wheel, can't wait for the next update!

You e always been good to me for absolutely no good reason, so if I can ever help you all you have to do is let me know. Second, I'm reminded of what a small world it is. My buddy Rae Abbey (who you probably met when Bert's was at 54th) worked with Dave Vincent when they both worked for Dean Zelinsky. Life is chaos !! Long as you have more good days than bad , your doin ok ! Never had an organized move , lots of boxes and totes , and a couple friends willin to work for pizza and beer . Every time I moved I found boxes in the closet I never unpacked from the last move . You got the right attitude , if it gets too heavy , just go for a ride . Best therapy there is 👍👍
