Mix in 2ml of egg white to (3.) When they don’t come together anymore, add 2ml more. 5. Add 50g of unsalted butter (brought to room temperature) to (4.) and mix 6. Add 48g of honey and a pinch of salt and mix 7. Mix in 44g of egg yolk (from 2 large-sized eggs) in three separate additions 8. Add vanilla extract and 14g of rum and mix 9. Divide (8.) into 7 equal portions (about 30g each) 10. Add food colouring to (9.) 11. Beat 68g of egg white (from 2 large-sized eggs) in a bowl to make meringue. While beating, add 46g of sugar in 3 additions 12. Divide (11.) into 7 equal portions (about 15g each). Put one portion each to (9.) 13. Grease the pan and put a piece of baking sheet at the bottom 14. Mix the purple dough from (12.) 15. Add (2.) to (14.) and spread the mixture in the pan 16. Put it in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for 3-4 minutes, until it has a lightly burnt colour. It took about 3 and a half minutes for my oven 17. While it’s in the oven, mix the dough of the next colour 18. Spread (17.) on top of the baked (16.), and put it in the oven at 250 degrees for 3-4 minutes 19. Repeat that for the other colours. For the final red layer, bake it for around 5 minutes 20. Put it on a cooling rack to cool 21. For the coating, melt 69g of white chocolate with hot water 22. Spread (21.) on (20.) 23. When the chocolate coating has hardened, cut it into your preferred shapes 24. Finish! I think it would look better if I reverse the order and start baking from the red layer first, and turn it over after baking to spread the chocolate on the red side. I will try it like this next time!"
