    * Recipes *
    Egg yolk dough forms.

    For those who are asking why she didn't folded the meringue... It is because that it is the traditional way in Japan to mix the meringue rather than to fold. They don't need a fluffy cake because it will make the roll really big and the filling is more important than the cake itself. :)

    and little thing to add, a little dense on sponge roll cake will help to ease the rolling job and not break easily.
